At Sage and Paige, we make every effort to ship all orders on the same day if placed before 1:00 PM AEST (Sydney Time) on a business day. Orders placed after this time, on weekends, or during public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day. Please note that shipping days do not include public holidays. During high-volume or sale periods, there may be a slight delay in shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Once your order is processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. Please be aware that all our parcels require a signature for secure delivery. If no one is available to receive the delivery, the item will be taken to the local post office. We kindly request that you contact your local post office within 7 business days to schedule redelivery. If you prefer to have the signature requirement waived upon delivery, please notify us before the parcel is dispatched.

Please note that once the package leaves our warehouse, we have limited control over its journey. Therefore, Sage and Paige cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the carrier, public holidays, customs procedures, courier transit errors, or other unforeseen circumstances, particularly during peak periods. Additionally, we cannot be held responsible for any missing, damaged, or stolen parcels. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

To ensure a smooth delivery experience, it is crucial to provide accurate shipping information during checkout. Sage and Paige cannot reimburse or replace missing, damaged, or stolen parcels due to incorrect shipping details. In the event that a parcel is returned to us and you wish to arrange redelivery, the postage fee will be the customer’s responsibility.

For parcels shipping to the UK, we utilize service from Royal Mail. Please note that the estimated delivery times provided are estimations and may vary.
